Rodent Brain Neuron Cultures

RODENT BRAIN NEURON CULTURES FOR CNS DRUG DISCOVERY

Rodent brain neuron cultures constitute an easy approach to investigate the effect of compounds on membrane properties (ion channels). This type of assay offers mid-throughput capabilities and small series of compounds profiling.

We provide different brain regions neuronal cultures:

  • Hippocampal
  • Cortical
  • Striatal
  • Cerebellar

This approach provides translational, functional data to assess how molecules act on ion channels & GPCRs and modulate their properties.
