As of November 1st, 2021, Neuroservice and Neuroservice USA officially became affiliates of Neuroservices-Alliance.
As part of its strategy to become the leader of Contract Research Organization specialized in CNS preclinical research, Neuroservices-Alliance acquired Neuroservice and Neuroservice USA.
Neuroservice is a long-term established Contract Research Organization specialized in in vitro CNS Electrophysiology, headquartered in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade, France.
Neuroservice USA is a Contract Research Organization specialized in in vitro CNS cell electrophysiology, headquartered in San Diego (California), USA.
Operations and relationships remain similar between the three entities: Neuroservices-Alliance is in charge of contracts, legal matters, sales and marketing. Neuroservice and Neuroservice USA, through their affiliation with Neuroservices-Alliance, perform experiments, analyse data and share study reports to clients according to contracts signed between said clients and Neuroservices-Alliance.
