SENIOR ELECTROPHYSIOLOGIST – 3 positions open

To support its growing activities, NEUROSERVICE is looking for 3 skilled electrophysiologists to join its Patch-Clamp and Multi-Electrode Array laboratories in Aix-en-Provence, France.
The successful candidate will perform electrophysiological recording from brain and spinal cord slices to support our contract research services for biotech and pharmaceutical industry clients.

The ideal candidate will be a goal-oriented team player, who keeps meticulous records, is able to work independently and understands the importance of project timelines.

The selected candidate will be working in a creative, fast-paced environment, interacting with scientists from diversified scientific backgrounds. The position demands team-oriented execution of time-dependent experiments. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and must be organized with data collection, meeting presentations and composing study reports. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
  • Experience in patch clamp and/or multi electrode array (MEA) slice electrophysiology
  • Very robust knowledge of neurophysiology/neuropharmacology
  • Post-doctoral experience in USA or English-speaking country

An experience in the Pharma/Biotech industry is preferred.
